Job description
Reporting to experienced CFOs, you will play a key role in the financial management of the startups we support. After comprehensive training in our methods, you will take on operational responsibility for several clients at the same time and supervise junior staff.

Your responsibilities:

1) Structuring financial management
- Building advanced Excel tools (reporting, BP, multi-entity / multi-currency)
- Producing monthly reports and writing analysis notes for the founders
- Developing forecasts and updated budgets
- Defining relevant KPIs to drive growth

 

2) Implementing administrative and financial processes
- Structuring purchasing / sales cycles
- Organizing closings
- Optimizing cash flow monitoring, working capital requirements, and cash flow forecasts
- Recommendations for continuous improvement

 

3) Participate in corporate operations
- Investment due diligence
- Preparing for fundraising (models, data rooms, analyses)
- Financial valuation
- Vendor due diligence and exit support
