Responsibilities
Reporting to the project managers, and after a few weeks of intensive training, you will be directly involved in the financial management of clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Management & reporting
Contribute to the implementation of financial management tools (reporting, business plan, KPIs).
Produce monthly reports for clients and manage financial cycles.
Draft management notes for executives.

Analysis & forecasting
Participate in the preparation of monthly forecasts and review them with clients.
Perform data crunching and reconciliations between operational platforms and financial statements.
Verify accounting cut-offs (revenue recognition, review of prepaid expenses and deferred income, provisions, etc.).
 

Financial support for clients
Provide operational support in accounting and management control.
Set up or optimize administrative and financial processes (invoicing, ERP, inventory, etc.).

This position will give you a unique insight into the financial workings of tech start-ups, with an ultra-versatile role at the heart of strategic management.

Desired profile

• Recent graduate (business school or equivalent Master's degree).

• With at least one experience in management control or corporate finance.

• An interest in understanding SaaS models and technology in general.

• Very good command of Excel.

• Comfortable writing in both French and English (our tools are in English and we frequently communicate with US clients).

• Independent, organized, curious, customer-oriented, with strong analytical skills.

• Willingness to invest in the growth of a dynamic firm with offices in Paris, New York, and San Francisco.
